Prohibited Conduct
We want Sirok Futures to remain a fair, transparent, and professional environment for all traders.
Our goal is to offer a serious trading experience, not a game.
To keep things clean and equal for everyone, the following actions are strictly prohibited across all accounts and services.
1. Abuse or manipulation of the platform
Any attempt to exploit the simulated environment or bypass normal market conditions is not allowed.
Examples include:
Taking advantage of data delays or execution errors,
Using unrealistic trading methods that can’t exist in a live market,
Running trades designed only to trigger system bugs or fills.
Such behavior will result in immediate account closure and permanent removal from the program.
2. Fraud or account misuse
You must use your account personally and honestly.
The following actions are considered fraudulent:
Creating or using multiple accounts under different identities,
Sharing an account with another person,
Providing false or misleading personal information,
Attempting to bypass regional restrictions or payment verification systems,
Using another trader’s credentials or impersonating someone else.
Fraudulent activity leads to the termination of all related accounts and a permanent ban from Sirok Futures.
3. Payment abuse
Misusing our payment system or promotional tools is not tolerated.
This includes:
Abusing referral programs or promo codes,
Filing unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes,
Trying to recover funds through your bank instead of contacting support.
If this occurs, your account may be suspended or permanently removed.
Please contact [email protected] for any billing issue, we always review payment questions directly.
4. Payout manipulation / withdrawal fraud
Submitting false payout requests, manipulating balance data, or attempting to withdraw profits earned through rule violations
is strictly forbidden.
If any form of payout fraud is detected,
➡️ all pending payouts will be canceled,
➡️ and all accounts linked to the trader will be permanently removed from Sirok Futures.
5. Inappropriate communication
We expect all traders to maintain a professional and respectful tone in every interaction.
Any form of harassment, insult, discrimination, or aggressive behavior towards our support team, partners, or community is unacceptable.
This applies to emails, chats, and public comments.
Repeated or severe incidents may result in account suspension or permanent closure.
6. Prohibited trading practices
Trading must always reflect realistic and fair market behavior.
The following practices are forbidden on all accounts:
High-frequency trading (HFT) or tick-level scalping,
Latency arbitrage, grid, or martingale strategies,
Hedging between accounts and instruments,
Trading restricted instruments,
Holding overnight positions beyond authorized hours,
Copy trading from third-party systems.
Copy trading between your own funded accounts is allowed.
Any external signal mirroring or automation linked to non-Sirok accounts is prohibited.
7. Technical tampering
Any modification or use of external software to interfere with the trading platform’s normal operation is forbidden.
This includes:
Auto-clickers or automation scripts,
Macros, latency tools, or unauthorized plug-ins,
Any external system that alters order timing or market feed behavior.
Technical tampering is considered a severe breach and results in immediate and permanent account termination.
8. Confidentiality & Misuse of Internal Resources
All non-public materials, dashboards, data, and internal communications from Sirok Futures are confidential. However, you may share your own information (e.g., your payout amounts, your trading statistics, and your own support tickets), provided you do not disclose non-public details about our systems or other users.
You may not:
Share non-public information about our systems, rules, or configurations,
Disclose internal metrics not published by Sirok Futures, or any data that identifies other customers or staff without their consent,
Reuse Sirok Futures brand assets (branding, content, or materials) beyond what is permitted by our brand guidelines.
This does not restrict disclosures required by law, by a competent authority, or protected whistleblowing, nor does it apply to information already public.
When sharing your own support tickets or communications, remove or obscure information that identifies other customers or reveals internal system details.
Any misuse or unauthorized disclosure of internal resources may result in proportionate actions up to account termination; legal action may be pursued in cases of willful or harmful misuse.
9. Gambling tendencies / Account Rolling / Account Stacking
Sirok Futures is not designed for gambling-style behavior or irresponsible risk-taking.
The following practices are strictly prohibited:
Gambling tendencies
Trading with no plan, no stop-loss, using maximum leverage, or intentionally aiming to hit the max loss limit repeatedly.
Account Rolling
Intentionally blowing an account on purpose, then immediately purchasing new Challenges repeatedly until “one trade finally hits.”
Account Stacking
Buying a large number of Challenges or saving multiple passed evaluations solely to:
rotate accounts after a payout, or
replace a breached Funded account instantly
This behavior is considered program abuse and will not be tolerated.
If detected:
All related accounts may be closed
Access to the program may be permanently removed
Sirok Futures is built for disciplined traders, not volume-based gambling or exploit strategies.
9. Legal and regional compliance
You must follow all applicable laws and trading regulations.
Traders from restricted countries, or those under 18 years old, cannot participate.
A KYC verification may be required before any payout to confirm your identity and eligibility.
Consequences
Depending on the severity of the violation, the following actions may apply:
Temporary suspension of accounts,
Permanent removal from the Sirok Futures program,
Cancellation of payouts or balances,
Full ban from future participation.
We reserve the right to take any necessary action to protect the integrity of the program.
