Before opening a dispute

If something doesn’t look right on your statement, please take a moment to contact us before asking your bank for a refund.
In most cases, it’s simply a matter of confusion, a renewal that wasn’t canceled in time, a reset purchased accidentally, or a payment you forgot you made.

Once a chargeback is filed through your bank, the process becomes much longer and automatically freezes your account while the situation is reviewed.

When a chargeback is justified

A chargeback can be legitimate if a transaction was fraudulent or if you were charged for something you never received.
In those rare cases, we’ll cooperate fully with your bank to verify the situation.
If it’s confirmed, the payment will be refunded right away.


When a chargeback is not justified

Some disputes are opened without a valid reason, for example:

  • Forgetting to cancel your subscription before renewal,

  • Ignoring that subscriptions and resets are non-refundable once activated,

  • Trying to bypass our normal support and refund process,

  • Disputing a charge simply to avoid the renewal fee.

These types of chargebacks are considered abuse of the platform.
When that happens, the account linked to the transaction and any related accounts can be suspended or permanently closed to prevent further misuse.
