Follow this guide to set up your connection to Sirok Futures using Jigsaw daytradr.
⚠️ Important: Sign your agreements first
Before connecting Jigsaw, you must accept the Rithmic market data agreements. Please refer to our Rithmic Agreement article to complete this step.
If you skip this step, your connection will not work.
1. Open Connection Manager
Launch Jigsaw daytradr.
On the main toolbar, click the Connection Manager icon (represented by a network/pipe symbol).
2. Add the Rithmic Connection
In the Connection Manager window:
Click the New button at the bottom left.
Select Rithmic from the list of providers.
3. Configure Credentials
A configuration window will open. Enter the following details:
Connection: Enter Sirok Futures.
UserName / Password: Enter the credentials found on your Sirok Futures Dashboard.
Server: Select Rithmic Paper Trading from the dropdown menu.
Note: Ensure you select Rithmic Paper Trading server. Do not use a "Live" server.
Click OK to save the configuration.
4. Connect to your account
In the Connection Manager list, locate Sirok Futures.
Click the Connect button.
The status bar should turn green and display "Connected".
5. Download Instruments (Required)
To ensure you can view and trade the correct contracts, you must download the instrument list.
With Sirok Futures connected and selected in the list, click the Download Instruments button.
In the "Symbol Download" window, configure the settings:
Exchanges: Check the exchanges you plan to trade (e.g., CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX).
Type: Ensure Futures is checked.
Expiry: Check Include Expired Contracts (this ensures you get the full data history).
Click Download and wait for the process to complete.
You are now connected, your instruments are updated, and you are ready to start your Evaluation.
