For Challenge and Funded account purchases:
Refunds are possible only until your first trade is placed.

the service is considered used, and the purchase becomes non-refundable.
By placing a trade, you confirm that you have accessed and begun using the trading environment,
which constitutes full activation under EU digital service regulations.
3. Resets and data subscriptions
Resets, Level 2 data add-ons, and similar services are non-refundable from the moment of purchase.
These services are activated instantly once payment is confirmed,
and you give your explicit consent for immediate delivery at checkout.
Under European law, this immediate activation means the service is considered consumed and therefore not eligible for refund.
For data subscriptions, access remains active until the end of the current billing period,
even if you cancel before the renewal date.
No partial or pro-rated refunds are issued.
4. Technical issues and exceptions
Refunds may only be considered in the case of a verified technical error that prevented activation or access to the service.
